Any custom items produced with any of the FIRST® program logos must fall within their brand guidelines.
Custom orders will be treated on a case by case basis. Minimum order quantities will apply for embroidered (24 pieces) and/or screen-printed apparel (36 pieces). Most custom promotional products have minimums of between 100-250 pieces depending on the item. Artwork requirements for custom orders
Artwork for custom orders must be provided in Adobe Illustrator generated vector format. Raster formats are only usable on items that feature a full-color imprint. The raster file would need to be 300DPI or better and to size. Artwork development services are available at a rate of $65.00 per hour and must be quoted on a case by case basis.
Most promotional items will use a one-color logo. Some promotional items allow for a full-color logo at an additional cost. Any custom quotes will be based on a one-color logo unless otherwise requested. We will advise if a full-color imprint is not available.
Lead times are typically 2-3 weeks plus shipping to your location. Some items require additional production times.
Payment for all custom and/or bulk orders must be paid in full prior to shipping unless other arrangements have been made. We can accept purchase orders from your school, organization, or business and all purchase orders will be subject to credit approval.
